migration storytelling 

As part of Oxfam's campaign work on migration, I led in developing the visual storytelling strategy and content production on its advocacy efforts around ending the Trump Administration's Muslim Ban, including conducting interviews and photography for the social media photo stories, developing a longer form web photo essay, and coordinating with a team for video script writing, on-site production and vendor management.

social media photo essay series

In a three part photo essay series designed to center social media, nonprofits Aliento and Define American partnered with a top photojournalist to document the stories of three mixed status immigrant families whose resilience, contributions, and joy strengthen Arizona. The series was part of Aliento's We Are All Arizona campaign during the 2024 election season and was also showcased at an in-person art exhibit in Phoenix. I worked with a team to develop the overall content strategy plan, including the photo series concept, social media copy and photo post sequencing, social analytic reads, on-site production field support and logistics.

As part of Oxfam's global vaccine inequality campaign work during the pandemic, I led in developing the social media content strategy around its advocacy and awareness building for its online supporters along with execution, including message and copy development, editorial planning, photography, video and graphic design.
